NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - April 23, 2025

 

 

Walk-in Probate is no longer available.  Please file your Petition with Affidavit of Heirship and request for Letters of Office.  Once the filing is accepted you will receive your case number to file any Consents.  In a separate envelope, then file your Order Declaring Heirship, Oath and Bond and Order Admitting Will or Order Appointing Administrator which will be forwarded to Judge for signature. 

 

 


Routine Probate such as opening/closing probate matters and routine motions/orders may be done through eFiling.
