Walk-in Probate is temporarily suspended due to the pandemic. 

Routine Probate such as opening/closing probate matters and routine motions/orders may be done through eFiling.

The Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Courts will resume operations beginning on June 1, 2020.  The courts will continue, to the extent possible, to allow for appropriate social distancing and attempt to reduce the number of persons appearing personally for court appearances.  Press Release from Chief Judges Office.

The Circuit Clerk's office will be open to the public beginning on June 1, 2020.  A limited number of people will be allowed in our lobbies in order to practice social distancing.  As ordered by the Sheriff, all persons entering either building will be required to have their temperature taken and a mas or face covering will be required.
