Fee Increase
Please take notice that the Probate filing fees are increasing effective 1/1/2013.
The filing fees for all matters filed in Probate cases (exceptions: minor guardianship established under Article XI of the Probate Act of 1975; any indigent person) will increase by $100.00 Please refer to Public Act #097-1093 for more information on the Guardianship and Advocacy Operations Fee.
