Come into the LaSalle County Clerk’s Office, 707 E. Etna Road, Ottawa, IL 61350, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and fill out an application.
Fill out the application and mail it along with a photocopy of a current and valid acceptable form of identification and a check or money order made payable to the LaSalle County Clerk to:JoAnn Carretto LaSalle County Clerk 707 E. Etna Road Ottawa, IL 61350
What are the Fees for a Civil Union Certificates?
The fee is $17 for the first copy and $4 for each additional copy of the same certificate, requested at the same time.
